Breath Retraining and Nervous System Reset

Our Six-Week Nervous System Reset is a structured, measurable breathwork journey designed to transform the way you breathe, regulate stress, improve nervous system function and experience daily life. Combining principles from functional breathing, nervous system regulation, breath retraining and the Buteyko Method to track progress, this program helps participants build greater awareness, resilience, emotional balance and long-term wellbeing through the power of intentional breathing. Throughout the six weeks, we track CO₂ tolerance and breathing capacity to tangibly measure progress while progressively building the body’s ability to move from chronic stress and dysregulation into a calmer, more grounded and regulated state.

  • Awareness, Safety & Baseline Foundations

    Session Length: 2 hours

    We begin by exploring current breathing patterns, nervous system responses, stress habits and

    overall breath awareness. This week establishes the foundation for the entire course by helping

    participants identify dysfunctional breathing habits, over-breathing tendencies and stress-related

    breathing patterns.

    Participants are introduced to diaphragmatic breathing, low, slow and less breathing techniques,

    and nervous system regulation practices designed to create safety, presence and stability within

    the body.

  • Nasal Breathing, Sleep & Restorative Regulation

    Session Length: 90 Minutes

    This week focuses on developing stronger nasal breathing habits and improving oxygen

    efficiency throughout the body. Nasal breathing plays a vital role in nervous system regulation,

    sleep quality, immunity, digestion, emotional regulation, and energy production.

    Participants are introduced to restorative breathing practices and sleep retraining techniques

    designed to reduce nighttime mouth breathing, improve recovery and support deeper rest.

  • Breath Holds & Nervous System Resilience

    Session Length: 90 Minutes

    This week introduces gentle breath retention practices and controlled activating breathwork

    designed to safely increase CO₂ tolerance, nervous system adaptability and emotional resilience.

    Participants learn how to remain calm within activation while developing greater capacity to

    respond to stress without overwhelm. These practices support emotional regulation, endurance,

    focus, confidence and mental clarity.

  • Emotional Balance & Performance

    Session Length: 90 Minutes

    This week refines coherence breathing techniques that synchronise the breath, heart rate, and

    nervous system to support emotional balance, calm alertness and mental performance.

    Participants develop practical tools for navigating stress, parenting, work, relationships, physical

    performance and everyday life from a more grounded and regulated state.

  • Brainwave States, Deep Physiology & Nervous System Release

    Session Length: 90 Minutes

    As breathing capacity and nervous system regulation improve, we begin exploring how the breath

    influences brainwave states, emotional processing, deeper physiology and restorative nervous

    system repair.

    Using connected breathwork and guided activation techniques, participants may experience

    emotional release, deep relaxation, enhanced creativity, increased internal awareness and

    profound restoration.

  • Integration & Breakthrough Breath Session

    Session Length: 2 hours

    Our final week integrates all techniques learned throughout the course into a sustainable

    long-term breath practice designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional wellbeing,

    resilience, sleep, energy and daily performance.

    Participants reassess progress, refine personalised breathwork tools, and complete an extended

    breakthrough breath session designed to deepen confidence, embodiment, emotional connection

    and nervous system regulation.

This is more than a breathwork course, it’s a guided reset for the body, mind and nervous system through the power of the breath. By the end of this six-week journey, participants develop a deeper understanding of how breathing patterns shape the nervous system, stress response, sleep, emotional wellbeing, focus, energy and overall health.
