  • Workshop Events begin with a relaxed introduction where we set shared intentions. In this supportive group environment we’ll ease into the basics exploring how breath shapes our wellbeing in a simple, science-based way explaining how our breath can positively or negatively impact our overall health.

    Next, we’ll gently practice some fun breathing techniques like box breath and triangular breathing to warm up and get comfortable before we move into a 45-minute guided breath flow, where you simply follow along as we explore some slower and faster breathing techniques while leaving plenty of time at the end for integration and relaxation. We’ll finish with a calm reflection, ensuring you leave feeling refreshed, connected, equiped to practice beyond this session. Come as you are this is for everyone!

  • Private breathwork sessions are a personally tailored science based experience built around you. We begin with a 15-minute assessment to understand your breathing patterns, Co2 tolerance and whether your aim is to relieve stress, increase performance or improve overall health and well-being. We’ll set clear goals and introduce the foundations of breath retraining.

    Next, we’ll guide you through a 45-minute tailored breathwork flow, designed to incorporate many different techniques and styles so you may fully experience the power of breath. In our closing 15-minute reflection, you’ll receive practical tools and breathing exercises to take home and practice.

    Available in our Mollymook studio, online via ZOOM or I can bring breathwork to you (travel expenses apply to out of local area).

  • In this 2hr corporate breathwork program available in person or online we begin by exploring the fundamentals with a science based approach on how breath reduces stress and enhances focus improving overall health and preventing burnout.

    Our goal is to provide your team with the knowledge of how to implement daily Breathwork practices and techniques to manage stress long term by empowering them with the understanding and tools for lasting results.

    Included in this session is a 45min guided breath flow allowing the team to experience these techniques and the profound results first hand in a real time examples of how intentional breath fosters clarity and calm.

    Finally, we close with a reflection on applying these tools daily. This session helps your company fulfill its duty of care supporting your team’s mental wellbeing while increasing performance and fostering retention.

  • Join us for our community breathwork sessions on beautiful North Narrawallee Beach every Tuesday and Sunday morning from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. These “come and try” sessions invite you to breathe with the rhythm of the waves, in a serene outdoor setting. There’s no fixed fee to pay as these sessions are designed be accessible for everyone. Pay if you can, what you can, when you can.

    Breathing in the fresh coastal air, you’ll experience the unique calm of outdoor breathwork. All are welcome whether you’re new to breathwork or a regular. Come connect with the nature, the community, and most importantly your breath.
